1. Picture, Video, Artwork, and Music
   1. I release and discharge, L&N Extreme, & Winit4aBuck.com, Event Sponsors, Event Charities (collectively known as event organizers) and the workers, employees, independent contractors and Directors from all action, suits and demands whatsoever in law or in equity.
   2. I consent to having any or all or part of my content seen around the world. Including; Pictures, Videos, Music, Audio, and Artwork. After any editing, all unused pictures, and music will not be deleted. There is no time-limit on the validity of this release, nor is there any geographic specification of where these materials may be distributed. This release applies to the content submitted to Winit4aBuck.com. I understand that my participation in Winit4aBuck.com is completely voluntary.
   3. I hereby grant permission for L&N Extreme, & Winit4aBuck.com organizers to use all of my content (pictures, music and audio) for photos, videos, audio, motion pictures, TV, radio and other media, and to use them, no matter by whom taken, in any matter to publicity, promotions, advertising, trade or commercial purposes without any reimbursement or fee paid to me.
2. Original Materials, Interviews, Film, Photos, Tape, Audio and Video
   Consent and Release
   1. In furtherance of L&N Extreme, & Winit4aBuck.com, and without expectation of compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future, I hereby give consent to L&N Extreme, & Winit4aBuck.com, its affiliates and agents for the following: to interview, film, photograph, tape or otherwise make a video reproduction of me to use, copy and publish original materials created to use my name to use my original materials, my image (whether photographic, video and/or Electronic), interview statements (and excerpts of statements) from me, in whole or in part, in videos, meet, practice or activity with L&N Extreme, & Winit4aBuck.com, in newspapers, magazines and other print media, on television, radio and electronic media (including the ”Internet”) in theatrical media and/or in mailings.
   2. Without limitation, L&N EXTREME and Winit4aBuck.com in our sole discretion shall have the right to remove any music or song, photo, video, or artwork submitted. I hereby state that all media, pictures, & artwork are my original, and not copyrighted. I assume all responsibility for any lawsuit that may come from me falsifying any submitted material. I know and release L&N Extreme & Winit4aBuck.com from any wrongdoing, and they will not be held liable.
   3. By submitting any content, I agree that Winit4aBuck.com, those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this promotion and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part. I further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating from me falsifying any submitted material. I will indemnify Winit4aBuck.com from any and all such claims, including the attorneys' fees related thereto. L&N Extreme and Winit4aBuck.com shall not be liable for any wrongdoing, and they will not be held liable.
   4. I hereby give my permission for the use of my photograph and likeness to be used in its publications, including its website. I release them from any expectation of confidentiality for the undersigned.
3. Statement of Ownership
   L&N Extreme and Winit4aBuck.com as used throughout this Terms of Service Agreement
4. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
   1. Your Music, lyrics, PICTURES, ARTWORK, & VIDEO IN Winit4aBuck.com pages and listings is at your own risk. Our directories, videos, PICTURES, AND ARTWORK pages and listings are provided on an as is and as available basis. L&N Extreme. expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any purpose.
   2. L&N Extreme. Makes No Warranty That:
      1. Our videos, promotion, Pages And Listings Will Meet Your Requirements,
      2. Our videos, Pages And Listings Will Be AVAILABLE, Or Error-Free,
      3. The Quality Of your Products, Services, Information, Or Other Material Purchased Or Obtained Through Our Directories, Pages And Listings Will Meet Your Expectations.
   3. No Advice Or Information, Whether Oral Or Written, Obtained By You From L&N Extreme Or from any other source Shall Create Any Warranty Not Expressly Stated In this Terms Of Service Agreement.
   4. You expressly understand and agree that L&N Extreme shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, even if L&N Extreme has been advised of the possibility of such damages, resulting from:
      I. the use or the inability to use our directories, videos, pages and listings;
      II. the cost of promotion of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or
           services purchased or obtained or transactions entered into with third parties through our directories,
           pages and listings;
      III. any other matter relating to our directories, pages and listings.
5. Entirety of Agreement.
   This Terms of Service Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and L&N Extreme and govern your use of our videos, directories, pages and listings.  This Terms of Service Agreement supersedes any prior agreements between you and L&N Extreme If any provision of this Terms of Service Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the other provisions of this Terms of Service Agreement remain in force and effect. You and L&N Extreme agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision of this document should the court find any provisions invalid. Editorial Approval. Our editors will verify that the topic and or location of publication requested is appropriate for the video, listing and the web page or site, it's purpose, organization, product or service. Prohibited materials. The music, pictures, artwork, may not promote racism, exploit content, your band, (example, non stop shouting of your bands name in a song to be used in or promotion for and L&N Extreme , Winit4aBuck.com's video. Or website, service, activity or contain any untidy, rude jesters, (example, flicking of, or the showing of gang sings, thought either lyrics, jesters, promoting of any 3rd party product, service or activity that is not authorized by L&N Extreme sole determination The photos, artwork, & music may not promote illegal material under any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation; or that may infringe on or violate anyone's rights, or is inflammatory, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with the purposes of the listing is to be included. Removal of Music, photos, artwork, and video. You agree that L&N Extreme in its sole discretion, may remove your music, or any part thereof, from our video, pages and listings, promotion, website, filming, event or any part thereof, for any reason, including, without limitation, if L&N Extreme believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this Terms of Service Agreement.
   
   Your music, VIDEOS, PICTURES, & ARTWORK used will remain until one of the following occur:
   1. WINIT4ABUCK FINDS IT NO LONGER TO BE USED.
   2. Your Content returns any of the above stated material. L&N Extreme checks all items. If you are participating in our any of our Commercial Services and you fail 2 respond to appear at set location, we will go with an alternate and you shall not be used, you must give L$N Extreme proper notification of cancellation to appear. No notification is needed for bands who are not participating in our Commercial Services.
   3. We determine changes made to your content are so unsubstantial that your content is no longer accurately is needed. For example, if your content becomes so popular it turns into a race, obscene. Offensive activity.
   4. The url link submitted by you forwards or redirects to another url or site which is inconsistent with the original description.
   5. Without limitation, L&N Extreme in our sole discretion shall have the right to remove any music or song, photo, video, or artwork that violates this Terms of Service Agreement.
   If your band does not participate in any our Commercial Listing Services it will not be rechecked and you will not be notified. Termination of you music, photos, video, & artwork. L&N Extreme may in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue promoting your music, pages and listings, songs, or any part thereof, with or without notice.  You agree that any termination of your music may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that L&N Extreme may immediately remove your music and all related information and bar any further submissions from you or your band, and websites. Further, you agree that L&N Extreme shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your music or song.
6. Limitation on Publicity.
   Any and all public announcements, including but not limited to press releases, related to our videos that you may appear in. Inclusion in our directories, videos, events, promotion, TV, radio, indexes and pages, including the method and timing of such announcements, may be used by L&N Extreme in the present time or any time be present or future, with no limit of anytime. L&N Extreme reserves the right to withhold approval of any public announcement, associated with L&N EXTREME for any reason, in its sole discretion. L&N Extreme will include your music in one or more of the videos.
7. Privacy of personal Information.
   L&N Extreme maintains information about your submission, including all private information provided on the submission form. We agree not to use such private information for any marketing or other promotional purposes unless you give us permission.
   
   You agree that L&N Extreme may disclose such information in the good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary:
   1. to comply with the law or a legal process;
   2. to enforce this Agreement; or
   3. to protect the rights or interests of L&N Extreme or others.
   No personal information is sold, lent, rented or otherwise distributed to any party for any reason other than as expressly stated above.
8. Limitation on our Liability.
   You understand and agree that our promotions, videos, are provided "AS-IS". You understand that by working with L&N Extreme, production with Winit4aBuck.com our directories, you may not be exposed to instant customers. L&N Extreme has the indecent or objectionable. L&N Extreme reserves the right at any time to modify or finish video production. Temporarily or permanently, our directories, pages and promotion of your product (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that L&N Extreme, and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to L&N Extreme or this Terms of Service Agreement must be forever barred. Your Obligation of participation: You acknowledge that L&N Extreme. Does not produce you music, videos, photos, or artwork. but may control subsequent changes to the content used. We feature. L&N Extreme. Does not control the content of any of your websites we list and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content or your music. Under no circumstances will L&N Extreme be liable in any way for any content, incompletion, error, third party mistake. Including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your investment, time, services or products described, promoted or sold on any website. L&N Extreme shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any product promoted or made available via your website. Directories, pages and listings, productions, videos, and shall not be responsible or liable for any financial transaction, loss, made based on such information. L&N Extreme will provide your website or links to your World Wide Web site in some portion of our video. Because L&N Extreme has no control over your sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that L&N Extreme is not responsible for the availability of your music, product and external sites or resources, and does not endorse 3rd party sights on your sight, L&N Extreme may however promote your link to your sight. And L&N Extreme is not responsible or liable for any of your content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from your site or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that L&N Extreme shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. You agree that you must evaluate, and assume all risks associated with, the promotion of any listed website, including the accuracy and completeness of such content.  In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any content created by L&N Extreme or submitted to L&N Extreme or published by L&N Extreme. You understand and agree that your correspondence or business dealings with any third party found on or through our listings, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party.  You agree that L&N Extreme shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such third parties listing or advertisement on our directories, pages and listings. 
9. Hold Harmless.
   You are responsible for your actions. You agree to indemnify and hold L&N Extreme and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available through our directories, pages and listings, or your use of our directories, pages and listings, or your violation of this Terms of Service Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another. This means if you do something that causes someone else to sue us, you agree to pay all of our expenses resulting from your actions.
10. End content.
    YOU grant L&N Extreme a personal, non-transferable exclusive right and license to use by L&N EXTREME to use, but not limited in video production & Website. If your band or you chose to back out no material will be returned to you or your band. You wave the use of your music right once the music, photos, video, artwork is submitted to Winit4aBuck.com and L&N Extreme.
11. No Resale.
    You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any negative promotion purposes, any portion of L&N Extreme and Winit4aBuck.com. You agree not to sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes the use of L&N Extreme and Winit4aBuck.com's content. You agree not to sell, resell. You may however exploit L&N Extreme and Winit4aBuck.com for positive commercial on your web page. Trademark and Copyright Information. L&N Extreme and Winit4aBuck.com, and other logos and service names appearing within our directories are trademarks and L&N Extreme and Winit4aBuck.com. Without.  L&N Extreme's prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner, the L&N Extreme and Winit4aBuck.com's Marks.  You acknowledge and agree that our publications contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws of the United States of America and other countries, such as copyrights, trademarks, service marks or other proprietary rights and laws.  All content of our site is protected intellectual property of L&N Extreme and may not be incorporated into any other works.  You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on our publications, in whole or in part.
12. Music shop.
    You are able to sell your music in our online store. You can set the price of your music and we do not charge you a percent for the music that sells in the online shop. Winit4aBuck.com reserves the right to take at least 2 songs to use at will on online games portion of website. You will be paid out on monthly basics for the songs you sell.
13. Notices.
    Any notices to you may be made via either email or regular mail at our discretion. We may also provide notices of changes to this Terms of Service Agreement or other matters by displaying such notices or links to notices to you on our directories, pages and listings. We cannot be responsible for future income or sales of your music. Failure to Enforce. The failure of L&N Extreme to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Terms of Service Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
14. Abuses of website content, account and material will result in suspension from Winit4aBuck.com.
