1. Game is open to anyone 18 years or older living within the United States only. Sales in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and immediate family members of Winit4aBuck.com and their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in any of Winit4aBuck.com's games.
2. Purchase and transaction
   1. The purchase price for one picture is $1.00 (USD). If an entrant's check or credit card is dishonored by the bank or credit card company, the entry ticket will be invalid.
   2. All transactions are subjected to a handling fee set by the payment gateway the percipient chooses in their method of payment. There will only be a one-time fee per each transaction made by the precipitant no matter the number they purchase at a single time.
   3. No purchase necessary: you must send your name / contact info on a 3x5 card to: limit 1 entry per envelope. A $4.95 processing and handling fee is required for each entry. 3. No more than the stated amount of percipients will be allowed to participate in each game. Any monies turned in after the game closes will be returned to the entrant.
4. Each entry will have a 1 in set number of chance in winning the prize. Please note that purchasing more then one picture will increase your overall odds chance of winning (but is not a guarantee that you will be a winner). If an entrant who has purchased multiple tickets wins secondary prizes it does not disqualify their remaining tickets from being pulled or for the winning of other prizes in which a game may have more then one set winner.
5. The Winner will be determined by random drawing. The drawing will take place via live web program.
6. Winner of the prizes will assume and be responsible for all fees (may vary by state). Including without limitation all applicable sales, use, luxury, income, and special taxes. Shipping and all other delivery fees will be paid for by Winit4aBuck.com.
7. Gift card companies are in no way associated with Winit4abuck.com. All gift cards are purchased by Winit4abuck.com.
8. Participants must enter their full names, addresses and telephone numbers on each registration form. If more than one name is stated on a registration form, the first listed name shall be the Entrant. SCAN shall, will and can have no obligation for payment or delivery of any prize to any person other than the entrant. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to allocate any such prize among the participants in any multiple party entries.
9. The winner of the prize will receive the prize within 20 days of the drawing.
10. Any drawing may be postponed due to weather or any state of emergency declared. In such event, a new date, place and time for the drawing will be determined by Winit4aBuck.com, which will be announced on Winit4aBuck.com's website.
11. Any person(s) attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this game will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Winit4aBuck.com reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this game should viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond their control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of this game.
12. Winit4abuck.com further reserves the right to modify the rules of the Game in any way at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given.

15. All participants' purchasers' information will remain confidential and will not be shared with other parties.
16. By participating, entrants agree that Winit4abuck.com, those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this promotion and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this website, including entry and participation in this Website and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes.
    
    All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to a participant's entry or participation in this Game, they will indemnify Winit4abuck.com from any and all such claims, including the attorneys' fees related thereto.
    
    Winit4abuck.com shall not be liable for entries and winner notification responses that are delayed, lost, misdirected, mis-delivered, marked postage-due, illegible, mutilated, incorrect or incomplete, and such entries will be not be eligible for this.

WINIT4ABUCK.COM CONTENT TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement")

1. GRANT OF LICENSE:
   Winit4aBuck.com grants to you, a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to the pictures, and music you purchase.
2. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT:
   
   1. Copy the Licensed Products.
   2. Network the Licensed Products or otherwise use them on more than one computer at any one time.
   3. Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Licensed Products.
   4. Use the Licensed Products in any manner that is not expressly authorized herein.
   5. Permit third parties to use the Licensed Products in any way that would constitute a breach of this Agreement.
   6. Modify or adapt the Licensed Products or merge the Licensed Products into any other computer program.
   7. Transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, obscene, libelous or invasive of another's privacy.
   8. Use the Licensed Products to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way.
   9. Use the Licensed Products to impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any material transmitted through the service.
   10. Transmit any material that you do not have a right to make available under any law.
   11. Transmit any material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
   12. Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letter", "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
   Winit4abuck.com, or other third parties, own all intellectual property rights in the Licensed Products, related written materials, logos, names and other support materials furnished with the Licensed Products. No title to the intellectual property in the Licensed Products, the documentation, magnetic media or any other material provided therewith is transferred to you by this Agreement. Winit4abuck.com is the owner of the trademarks. All rights are reserved. All other names, trademarks and logos that appear in the Licensed Products are the property of Winit4abuck.com or the applicable third-party providers. You may not use any of these names, trademarks or logos without Winit4abuck's prior written permission.
4. TERM:
   This license shall continue for as long as you are entitled to possess and operate the Licensed Products. However, this license will terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any of its terms or conditions. You agree, upon termination, to destroy all copies of the Licensed Products. The limitation of warranty and remedies set out below shall continue in force even after any termination of this Agreement.
5. LIMITED WARRANTY:
   THE LICENSED PRODUCTS AND RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABLE QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WINIT4ABUCK.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE LICENSED PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THEIR OPERATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE. IN NO EVENT SHALL WINIT4ABUCK.COM BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE LICENSED PRODUCTS.
   
   Although Winit4abuck.com has taken all commercially reasonable steps to provide a secure system, within limitations imposed by network and computer infrastructure, Winit4abuck.comWinit4abuck.com does not guarantee that communication over their network shall be secure from monitoring or tampering, nor that information stored on any computer connected to the network shall be secure from monitoring or tampering.
   
   THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE INTERNET AND HEREBY RELEASES WINIT4ABUCK.COM FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY SECURITY BREACHES OR THE RESULTS THEREOF.
6. USE OF PUBLIC INTERNET PROTOCOL ADDRESSES:
   If you have elected to use a public Internet Protocol address you face special risks. With such an address, your computer is directly accessible from the Internet; Winit4abuck.com's firewall is not interposed and is therefore unable to protect you. Your computer may be subject to attacks in which malicious users scan your private data and load destructive programs onto your computer. Winit4abuck.com advises against using a public Internet Protocol address unless your computer is equipped with a personal firewall or Virtual Private Network client. By electing to use a public Internet Protocol address, you assume all risk and hold Winit4abuck.com harmless in the event of any damage you may suffer due to another person monitoring your communications.
7. WIRELESS ACCESS:
   If you have elected to use wireless access, such as that based on the IEEE 802.11b standard ("Wi-Fi") you face special risks. Wi-Fi transmissions are broadcast; anyone within range of the signal can monitor other users' communications. Even if you use the WEP encryption technology provided with Wi-Fi, malicious users may be able to decode your communications. Winit4abuck.com advises against using Wi-Fi unless your computer is equipped with a Virtual Private Network client to provide adequate encryption. By electing to use Wi-Fi, you assume all risk and hold us harmless in the event of any damage you may suffer due to another person monitoring your communications.

   The Licensed Products may provide you with hyperlinks that direct you to websites operated by parties other thanWinit4abuck.com. Such hyperlinks are provided for reference purposes only. As Winit4abuck.com has no control over such sites and the resources therein, you acknowledge and agree that Winit4abuck.com is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials or information on or available from any such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Winit4abuck.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content available on or through any such site or resource.
9. VIRUSES:
   Winit4abuck.com assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable to you or to any other party for any damages to or viruses that may infect computer equipment or other property on account of access to or use of the Licensed Products.
10. CHANGE OF TERMS:
    The terms of this Agreement may be changed at Winit4abuck.com's sole discretion and without notice.
11. GOVERNING LAW:
    You agree that you are solely responsible for all content you buy; any misuse of content may result in a lawsuit. Winit4abuck.com assumes no responsibility what so ever.
12. SEVERABILITY:
    Whenever possible, each provision of this Agreement may be interpreted in such a manner as to be effective and valid under applicable law, but if any provision of this Agreement is held to be prohibited by or invalid under applicable law, such provision will be ineffective only to the extent to such prohibition or invalidity, without invalidating the remainder of such provision or the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
    The terms of this Agreement contain the entire understanding of the parties hereto with regard to the subject matter contained herein or therein, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements or understandings between or among any of the parties, whether written or oral. This Agreement shall not be amended, modified or supplemented except by a written instrument signed by an authorized representative of Winit4abuck.com.
14. BY CHECKING THE "I AGREE" BUTTON ON REGISTRATION FORM OR USING THE LICENSED PRODUCTS YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY AND BECOME A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT.
